Northern Ireland’s only HGV mobile bar
A 15-tonne lorry converted into a fully kitted bar – guests drink inside, not outside or in a tent.
• Built inside a 15-tonne rigid lorry – not a horsebox, trailer or gazebo.
• Guests step up into the truck and drink inside the bar, out of the wind and rain.
• Self-contained bar setup that rolls up, opens, serves and packs down with minimal fuss.
• Works on farmyards, venues, car parks and fields – as long as the lorry can get in.

Two ways to run your bar
We do not hold our own pub licence. All alcohol sales are run through our partner pub under the occasional licence for your event.
Dry bar – or you supply the alcohol
- We bring the lorry, full bar setup, glassware where agreed, and two staff.
- You buy and supply all alcohol and we supply the soft drinks.
- No occasional licence is needed on our side.
- Best if you want full control over brands and stock.
Alcohol bar – we handle the sales
- Drinks sales are arranged through our licensed partner pub.
- They apply for the occasional licence for your date and location.
- The licence fee is added to your quote and paid by you.
- Best if you want the full experience and no hassle.

2.
We check availability, access and licensing, then send you a quote.
3.
Your booking is confirmed when a 20% non‑refundable deposit is paid.
4.
The remaining 80% is due no later than 14 days before the event.
If details change after booking, let us know as early as possible so we can update your quote and plan staffing.
What you need on site
To run safely and legally, we need a few basics in place.
Access & Space
Space and access for a 15-tonne rigid lorry, including turning and exit.
Parking Surface
A suitable surface for parking the truck (no deep mud or steep slopes).
Power Supply
A 13-amp socket near the bar or an agreed power source. A generator can be supplied if need at an extra charge.
Permissions
Landowner or venue permission for a third-party bar on site.
Guest Numbers
Accurate guest numbers 7 days before your event so we can staff and stock the bar correctly.
