Dry Bar Hire – HGV Mobile Bar
NI’s only HGV bar. Guests drink inside the lorry. Rain or shine.
Service Description
Book The Rolling Bar as a dry bar. We bring Northern Ireland’s only HGV mobile bar to your wedding, corporate event or private party. The bar is inside a 15-ton lorry, so everyone is under cover and the weather doesn’t matter. You supply the drink. We supply the truck, setup, pack-down and two staff for the booked hours. No occasional licence needed on our side for a dry bar. Request a booking with your date, location and guest numbers. We’ll confirm availability and send a quote. 20% deposit to secure the date. Balance due 14 days before the event.
Cancellation Policy
THE ROLLING BAR – CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made in writing by email. The date we receive the email is the date that counts. A 20% deposit is paid on booking. That deposit is non-refundable. It holds the date, staff and vehicle. The remaining 80% is due no later than 14 days before the event, unless we agree otherwise in writing. If the balance is not paid on time we may cancel the booking. The deposit is then lost and we do not attend. If you cancel, these charges apply: More than 60 days before the event: you lose the 20% deposit only. 30 to 60 days before the event: you pay 25% of the total quoted price. 14 to 30 days before the event: you pay 50% of the total quoted price. Less than 14 days before the event: you pay 100% of the total quoted price. A no-show, or a cancellation on the day of the event, is treated as less than 14 days. Full price is due. If you have already paid more than the amount due above, we refund the difference within 14 days. If you have paid less, the shortfall is due immediately. One free date change is allowed if you ask more than 30 days before the original date and the new date is free. After that, or for a second change, a £50 admin fee applies. The deposit moves to the new date. If we cannot offer a new date within 12 months, the cancellation charges above apply. If we cancel because we cannot run the booking (vehicle failure we cannot cover, staff illness we cannot cover, or an alcohol licence refused where alcohol was booked), we refund all money you have paid for that cancelled service. If the event cannot go ahead because of something outside anyone’s reasonable control (for example a storm that makes the site unsafe, or a government order), we will try to move the date. If a new date cannot be agreed, we refund what you have paid less costs already properly incurred, such as a court licence fee already paid. We are not liable for any other losses. Court occasional-licence fees already paid to the court are not refundable by us.
